I'm Cristian Saborido, "profesor ayudante" (Assistant) at the Department of Logic, History and Philosophy of Science of the Distance Learning National University (UNED).

I completed my PhD at the University of the Basque Country (EHU-UPV) focused on the reconstruction of a notion of function in biology from a novel theoretical perspective that we called "organizational".

I'm specialized in philosophy of biology and philosophy of medicine, but my research interests include clinical ethics and the social and political implications of biotechnology.
